Keynote at Tony Robbins’ Leadership Academy

In September 2019, I worked as a trainer at Tony Robbins’ Leadership Academy for the second time. For the first time, I was able to give a keynote speech in front of the entire auditorium and inspire and educate over 900 people who came from all over the world.

In Coronado, just outside San Diego, I gave a talk on conditioning together with my trainer colleague, John Philips, on the third day of the Leadership Academy. These were incredible moments to speak in front of an audience of leaders who want to rise above themselves.

The Leadership Academy is a unique leadership training program that teaches participants a variety of methods to help others. Coachees learn basic tools that they can use in their business and personal lives. The topics covered are diverse and include neuro-associative conditioning, neuro-linguistic programming, convincing, non-verbal communication and motivation coaching.

With Tony Robbins, the best learn from the best. For more than 35 years, Tony Robbins has successfully used a specially designed leadership-training system to motivate, strengthen and make sustainable changes in the lives of millions. I am delighted to have been part of Tony Robbins’ selected team of trainers since 2016. It is a goal that I have been working towards for 15 years and that has taken me to many different places around the world – from Hawaii to Bali, the Bahamas, Australia, Singapore and various places in the USA and Europe.
